YZYX160 screw oil press is a new generation of medium-sized oil pressing equipment developed by our factory on the basis of summarizing many years of production practice experience, combining the advantages of large oil presses at home and abroad, and combining the advantages of small oil presses. The feed embryo is pressurized in three stages in the press, and the pressure of the chamber is further increased, so as to obtain excellent performance of improving the oil yield, reducing the residual oil rate of defatted cakes and high production efficiency. In order to improve the strength and service life of the equipment itself, the reinforced design is also adopted for the parts with large forces, and the steel structure is adopted for the transmission gear, which greatly improves the reliability of the equipment.

This product is mainly suitable for processing rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, peanut kernel, flaxseed, tung seed, sunflower seed and other vegetable oils. It has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful shape, stable and reliable operation, high output, low energy consumption, simple operation and maintenance, etc., and is suitable for professional manufacturers with large scale of oil processing.

The quality of this product meets the standard JB/T9793-1999 Technical Conditions for Agricultural Screw Oil Press of the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China.
