Structure and Working Principles

1. Structure (see Fig. 1)

It is composed of five parts: deceleration mechanism, feeding mechanism, bar cage assembly, worm shaft, and bracket base. The structure of the reducer adopts high-strength steel helical gear reduction, which has the advantages of stable operation, low noise and strong bearing capacity.

2. Working Principles

When the oil press is running, the pretreated pretreated preform enters the press chamber from the hopper, and the pressure generated by the change of the volume of the press chamber from large to small and the propulsion force of the screw shaft, the resistance of the multi-lobe arc curve in the pressure ring, and the mutual squeezing friction between the preforms are combined to separate the oil from the preform and be excluded from the Cage Bar gap and the pressure ring oil line.

 Installation

1. Installation method

(1) The product design has steel plate base and motor base. When installing, first use bolts to firmly connect the motor base and the steel plate base, and then use anchor bolts to firmly install the corrected horizontal oil press on the foundation, the installation foundation is 600 mm deep, and the anchor bolts are poured into the concrete foundation about 300 mm deep. In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the worm parts, the operating handle of the equipment should be no less than 2 meters away from the wall, and 5 post-pretensioning bolts with B-type belts should be installed to tighten the B-type belt. When installing the motor, it must be ensured that the axis of the two B-type pulleys is parallel, and the corresponding two wheel grooves must be in the same plane, and a protective cover is installed at one end of the pulley, and it can be put into use when the power is turned on.
